By enrolling to the Cookery Institute’s course as provided by this web site you enter a Binding Agreement between you and Institute of Cookery Pty Ltd (ABN 69165055390) hereinafter referred to as "CI" on the following Terms and Conditions:

1. You agree to pay the course fee ("Course Fee") for CI’s Cookery Course (“Course”) as set out in this web site. Upon receipt of the Course Fee, CI agrees to: 
   1. supply to you all modules and assignments listed by CI for its Course ("Course Materials");
   2. mark and grade your assignments by CI’s tutors;
   3. answer queries about your Course; and
   4. subject to successful completion of all assignments and the Course Fee being paid in full, CI will issue you with CI’s Qualification for such Course.
2. Payment of Course Fees. CI relies on Course Fees to provide the Course, employ qualified Tutors and resources to enable you to complete the Course for CI’s Qualification. Irrespective of your progress through the Course, CI reserves the right to withhold provision of Course Materials in the event that you fail to pay any part of the Course Fee as and when it becomes payable. If you are paying by instalments, you must pay all such instalments on or before the due date. If you fail to pay any instalment by the due date, the total outstanding balance of the Course Fee will become immediately due and payable.
3. Money Back Guarantee. CI provides its Course content for attainment of a Diploma in Cookery. You may examine the first two modules of the Course with absolutely no obligation for 7 days from your enrolment date. If you decide for any reason whatsoever not to proceed, email CI of your decision within the 7 day period for a full refund. The refund will be credited back to the payment method you used to enrol.
4. Intellectual property rights. The content of the Course Materials, including copyright and all other such intellectual property rights contained therein, remain the property of CI. You may not reproduce any part of the Course Materials without the prior written consent of CI. 
5. Your Student Website account. CI will provide you with a Secure Zone Student Account with a unique Student ID, Username and Password facility.  With regard to your Student Account with CI’s website, you agree that:
   1. You will not share your website login and password with anyone.
   2. You acknowledge that you will take all reasonable steps to ensure that a third party does not gain access to your Student Website account.
   3. You agree that you will take all reasonable steps to ensure that any computer you use to set up or access your Student Website account is suitably protected from potential hazards by firewalls, anti-virus software and other such security applications.
   4. You agree that when creating your Student Website account login details you provide an email address and you consent for us to contact you by email.
6. Exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia. If any of these terms and conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reasons of the laws of any state or country in which these terms and conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that term or condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from the agreement and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable. The above terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Victoria, Australia law and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Victoria, Australia Courts.
7. Change to Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online. You are responsible for regularly reviewing information posted online to obtain timely notice of such changes. Your continued use of the website and our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions as modified by the posted changes.
